Leadership

Carolin Taylor, Board Chair

Carolin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with experience spanning operations, procurement, project management, marketing, and communications across the travel, retail, and service industries.

She brings a detail-oriented leadership style and a strong track record of building and managing successful businesses to her leaderhship role on the Altruisity Foundation Board.

Lynn McGovern, Executive Director

Lynn has led Altruisity Foundation since 2023, overseeing grantmaking strategy, partner stewardship, and organizational operations across a global portfolio of 60+ nonprofit partners.

She brings more than a decade of foundation leadership experience, including building the grants management and fundraising programs at the foundation arm of a global corporation from the ground up.
